Savvy 24 ships nationwide within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please note that Savvy 24 is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses.

Savvy 24 offers FREE shipping on all orders. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 days. We hope this service benefits you!

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Total delivery time includes pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing, plus the expected shipping time for your order.

Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders ship from Chicago, IL. We will begin processing your order as soon as it’s received. Please note that processing times can vary based on the time your order was received, credit card & address confirmations, etc. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided. We work to ship out orders the same day or the next day after orders are processed. Once delivered, you will receive shipment tracking information for your convenience to the email address provided. Tracking updates are generally available within 24 hours. If your tracking shows that your order has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplainable delay in the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused or undelivered package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Savvy 24 takes no responsibility for lost, wrongfully delivered, damaged or stolen items while being shipped. We are also not responsible for orders that were sent to the address that was entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
